Background
On 16th March 2000 ClearSprings (Management) Ltd signed a contract with the Home Office for the provision of accommodation and support services to people seeking asylum in the UK and our contract was renewed by what was then the UK Home Office in April 2005. We are required to provide accommodation with allied support in more than 45 areas across England and Wales and we work closely with the UK Borders Agency in ensuring excellence in our provision.
Our service has extended over the last three years to provision of supported housing to a broad range of client groups. We work hard to ensure that our clients receive the correct support to ensure they have the very best opportunity to move into successful, independent living.
Our core competences in the provision of accommodation, support, property management, furniture and transportation can be put together in any combination that supports the aims of our customers.

Excellent Outcomes
We work hard to provide holsitic, individualised support for service users aimed at addressing any issues which may affect their ability to achieve their goals. We are proud of what has been achieved in the highly collaborative relationships we encourage between staff, our service users and the very many partner agencies acting in support.
Working with private sector landlords to provide quality homes.
The property we manage is key to our service provision and we have managed many thousands of homes across England and Wales since we commenced operations. As a Company, we encourage and support landlords to be good landlords and encourage and support tenants to be good tenants. To our landlords we offer a worry-free service of effective property management for all properties on our schemes and for our tenants and customers we ensure properties are maintained to a good standard. All homes are equipped by our specialist in house logistics provision ensuring good standards are maintained across the UK.
