Nick recently stepped down as CEO following the successful sale of his business to Clearsprings (Management) Limited in April last year.
Prism advised Nick and his fellow directors on that transaction, and recognised that Nick had a very interesting range of skills.
Peter Watson, Director of Corporate Finance at Prism: “ We are focussing our M & A activities increasingly on the ICT sector, and will benefit from Nick’s combination of technical and management skills when assessing potential targets. Nick has both big and small company experience, and a good feel for technology. We are delighted to be able to work together more closely.”
Nick is aiming for a portfolio of interests, and is already an independent member of the Police Authority, and until recently Chairman of the East Anglian region of the Federation of Small Businesses.
Nick Clarke: “ Despite the current downturn, IT/Technology remains an exciting area and I am very pleased to be able to put my skills to use. Whilst I’m no longer looking for a full time role, I remain alert to possible investment opportunities.”
