We are always seeking properties in specific areas to support our contracts, please do contact us if you have a property that you wish to let.
Can ClearSprings take properties everywhere?
We will always have procurmenet targets in specific areas to support specific contracts. If you have a property in one of our target areas, we will act quickly to meet with you to discuss rent levels and other terms and conditions of our joint working relationships.
What happens if ClearSprings is not procuring where my property happens to be?
We will put you in touch with The Letting Hub which is part of the ClearSprings Group and offers a full range of property management services for residential properties at highly competitive prices.
What sort of properties is ClearSprings usually looking for?
The usual sort of property we are looking for are flats and houses with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. However, we are often looking for other types of property for specific projects or contracts so it is always worth a quick call or contacting us through the web site contact form. If you do this, our staff will respond to you immediately to discuss our current requirements.
How long would we usually have an agreement for?
We usually seek arrangements for 3 years which allow you peace of mind over a longer period. You can be satisfied that your property is in safe hands and will be well managed.
If I want my property back or ClearSprings doesn't want my property any longer, what happens?
Whilst most of our properties have been with us for a long time, occasionally circumstances change which mean either you will want your property back or we will no longer need it. Either way, the removal of a house from our portfolio goes through an established process of closure involving face to face meetings to ensure you are satisfied that your property is handed back in good condition.
